More than 40 days in advance – 95% refund of the booking amount.

40 to 20 days in advance – 50% refund of the reservation fee.

Less than 20 days in advance – 5% refund of the reservation amount.

In case of cancellation, the refund will be processed within 30 calendar days of the request by e-mail to [email protected].

In case of early departure, the campsite reserves the right not to refund the booked days of stay.

If the day of arrival is exceeded without check-in, the reservation will be considered cancelled without any right to a refund.
